1. Non-Refundable Donations
All donations made to Elite Defender Social Development & Education Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Please ensure that the details you provide and the amount you intend to donate are correct before confirming your transaction.
2. Duplicate Transactions
In the event that a donor makes a duplicate payment by mistake, they are eligible to request a refund. Such requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of the transaction. Please include proof of payment and transaction details in your email to us.
3. Incorrect Amount Donations
If you believe that you have entered an incorrect donation amount, please contact us immediately with the transaction reference number. Refunds in such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment.
- The refund process typically takes 7–14 working days from the date of approval.
- Any transaction charges or payment gateway fees deducted by banks or service providers may not be refundable.
5. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
Donors enrolled in recurring (monthly) donations may cancel future payments by contacting us at least 7 days before the next scheduled debit date.
6. Contact for Refund Requests
All refund or cancellation requests must be sent to us via email with the transaction ID, donation amount, date of payment, and reason for the request.
